- - Perform Lorain County Household Sewage Treatment System (HSTS) Inspections

- - Aerator Motor/Pump Repair or Replacement
  - Disinfection Unit Repair or Replacement
  - Electrical Control Panel / Alarm Repair or Replacement
  - Repair or Replace Risers, Lids, Pipes
  - Other Small Repairs, as Needed

- Septic System Service Contracts
  - System Inspection & Maintenance: We inspect mechanical parts (aerators, pumps), check electrical controls, clean filters, and ensure proper aeration.
  - Air Diffuser / Aspirator Cleaning: Cleaning or replacing diffusers to prevent clogging and ensure proper airflow.
  - Water Quality Sampling: Annual testing for parameters like Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Ammonia, CBOD5, and E. coli is required to ensure compliance with NPDES standards.
  - Performance Monitoring: Testing for Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and inspecting chlorine levels if a UV light disinfection system is not used.
  - Reporting: We report system performance and test results to the local county health department.
  - System Repairs: We will address necessary repairs to maintain compliance and quote for any recommended repairs.
  - Cleaning & Desludging: We will monitor sludge levels and recommend pumping, at appropriate timing.

James Reising is proud to announce the launch of Reising Sanitation Services. “We are a new septic service business built on the foundation of quality service and customer dedication established by my grandfather, and continued by my mother and aunt, as owner/operators of Fred Lewis Septic Service for over five decades.”

Reising Sanitation Services is committed to providing top-notch sanitation solutions for both residential and commercial clients in Ohio’s Erie, Huron, and Lorain Counties. We offer a range of services, including installing complete septic systems; replacing tanks and leach fields; and inspecting, servicing, and repairing existing septic systems.
